My aunt and technology

Over Thanksgiving, I spoke to my aunt who is a high school teacher about her experience with technology at her job. She said the most important information technology they use is computers. She said she first used when she was in college in 1990s, and eventually got her own and learned how to use it better that way. Only about six years ago was when she received her own computer at work. They use it in order to take attendance, email with other faculty and staff at the school, and put notes for the class on it. She said that because she has previous experience with a computer, it was not difficult to master, however it took her a few years to learn how to use computers wholly in general. She said that the computer at work has made her job easier and more efficient, as it makes it easier on her to have all her information in that one place. Because of the ease of doing tasks on her computer, it actually made her more productive at work. Therefore, because the computer made tasks way easier, it has ultimately made her enjoy her job more.
